Ok, enough is enough. With water already at a premium you want to develope some more? City planners knew years ago that the water table was getting lower and that problems with the infrastructure (fire fighting, police, roads)were already over-taxed. No more building should be allowed until the current water shortage and infrastructure problems are taken care of.
