What is wrong with our legal system when they ignore the feeling and reactions of the Mountain Empire residence of East County San Diego (Jacumba). And why do Preditors have more rights or protection then our children who happen to be our futures. Why are the courts being allowed to make such crucial decisions for our families and Children? I as others are native locals who love it here because it has always been a safe place to raise our youths. I dont feel safe sending my kids to school anymore.
