Ed Waage is on the City Council of Pismo Beach. Although this should be enough said his comments about keeping the fiscal health of Pismo had nothing to do with him. The City has 6 million in bed tax. They have no clue about stimulating business and have done nothing about reducing payroll,pensions,etc.. You do not need this spreading throughout the county.
