frankly I am tapped out.
We have more than enough ( in fact too many ) homeless hungry people right here in Nashua.
And every year the list of people Demanding and needing services is growing.
Time to cut back. Re-evaluate what we are supporting and doing.
There is an axiom in economics which states
what you tax you get less of what you subsidize you get more of.
See all those massachuestts shoppers in our NH malls and stores?
They prove the axiom is correct they are voting with their feet to shop in NH avoiding the high out of control sales taxes in massachuestts.
So we gain in NH and the state of Massachuestts looses all that revenue.
the same is true with welfare soup kitchens etc the more we subsidize them the more people will line up for free stuff. Its human nature.
There should be a job hunting requirement for welfare , and all people attending free food and shelters events.
want food or a shelter take a job application fill it out and start work tomorrow.
