Thanks Pam, in time more American girls will see this. I know there are lots of naysayers...from personal experience...but I also know there are genuine gems out there to discover!

I'm an Asian guy who's 6'2, sportive, ivy-league, speak 5 languages...and fit none of the stereotypes except maybe I did well in school. It was pretty easy to get attention in Asia and Europe, but here more often than not I'm sorta invisible. Oh well, thats just how it is here, no use being all bitter about it.

If I had a quarter for every stare or negative behind-the-back comment I had for being out with a non-asian girl...I'd be a millionaire already!!

Of course, ideally, I'd like the playing field to be even here in the US, but thats unlikely in my dating years. As soon as I moved to the US, my opportunities with women dropped dramatically compared to before. The disparity here is real, unfortunately, but thats what you get if you want to live here.

I think it is changing. Slowly but surely. I've seen a few movies with Asian men and white women in them and you didn't use to see that at all.

I have both of these and they are both great. You might not like them though, they are love stories.

Being smart is a good stereotype. You are right, Asian guys get a bad deal in society. I am glad it is changing.

lol For your information my husband is part Mexican/Amerindian with Asian looking eyes.

I am 1/4 Cherokee and 1/16 Choctaw.

My husband knows and is secure in knowing I will not cheat on him.

It is you I wonder about, my friend. Why would you care if a woman finds Asian men attractive or not? Feeling a bit insecure perhaps?
