Hi Smiley this is to you:

You wanted to know some of my views, I thought I had mentioned them before, but I will give you more specifics.

i'm just going to stick with these thoughts-
1) ir
2) racism
3) media

1. Of course you know I think there is nothing wrong with ir. I'm very tolerant of all ir. These are some things that have shaped my views including convos with other aw.
Aw/am- some asian women are not interested in ir. This is fine, ultimately this is probably the best in avoiding racism. I think there are a lot of social problems that prevent this from happening more, including lack of a large pool to choose from.
Aw/wm- I have thought this was stereotypical, I should not let it bother me. Because my husband is my husband and has nothing to do with the nonsense that goes on in people's heads. And yes, I'm embarrassed sometime, that I tried hard before to make it work before with other races but still ended up with a white guy. It was the best for both.of us, he lived closer to me, had a job, no big issues-which was awesome. Plus he was really there for me when.i needed someone and vice versa.
Aw/bm- this is something I think less stereotypical and probably the best ir match since both asian women and black men always get heat for dating whites. I say go for it to all the asian women/black men who can without forcing something to happen.
Aw/lm- I haven't seen this as much but I dont know why, asians love latin dancing.

2. Racism-
I don't think it matters who you choose as friends or mates because- am have been racist to aw before, bm and bw have been racist to aw, aw.have been racist to aw, wm and ww have been racist aw, lm and lw have been racist to aw.
So who am I left with if I choose to be racist. There are stereotypes I don't like of every race. I give people an opportunity to show their better colors if tgey want. All of the above have been racist to me. All of the above have been good.

Ex- a big black girl bullied me as a.kid, she was about to beat me up in front of the whole neighborhood, a black man came over and stood up for me.
But as an adult when I didnt have a car, I ended up bumming rides to a lot of places I NEEDED to get to, a black women helped me a lot during this time, so did white roommate and an asian roommate.

There are other examples that are better.

3. Growing up, I felt there were very few minorities to begin with represented on tv, movies in a positive light. I am really happy to see more.
I prefer less steretypical things like in Daybreak- bm/aw couple. I thought the asian couple in lost was one of the best asian couples on tv.
I still think white women always get the leads. Lucy liu is the only asian am woman who gets anything and everyone hates her.
am get more positive support in the media, whereas aw.just get the neg ones. As for small parts in movies where they use am as caricatures, they are usually used in movies like Ted where the white men look stupid too. In fact lately a lot of movies in comedy/horror/drama make white men look really stupid. I can't think of one film mainstream that has been interesting.

I know this was somewhat vague but I have delved enough personal info, I can't be more specific, but I think we should be careful of listening to people who are too extreme.

Hi Chicaboom. I've been careful about personal info. I feel sorry for you because Every Troll on this forum been taking CHEAP shots at you for being more compassionate than others.

It sounds like your marriage is fine, better than all those Vietnamese women who's military men left and abandoned their children.

About Aw/Bm, I think it's b/c your aboriginal. A lot of aboriginees love to dance and most of the innovation in dance has been from Blacks.

For some Asian women, like my ex, she had just no attraction to any other race but Asian men. She could be friends with them, but no more. So for different women, they will be either into IR or not.

But diversity should not be forced. As you've seen on this forum, a lot of people's agendas for IR is disgusting.

Some might do it just to have a sense of male superiority, predatory easiness, a way to get revenge on the women of their own race, or to escape from the women of their own race.

There are always a few sprinkles of good people from all races. Too bad the ugly ones are usually the loudest.

That was an intended exaggeration about your husband. I'm sure he's a great guy.

You can ignore them, but once in awhile you gotta slap them down.

Ha ha. I can withstand the trolls. I'm a big boy. And thank you. Everyone deserves happiness.

For me, I'm long term planning to live in the West coast. I'm in the process of career transitioning. 2 years of graduate school is enough for me.

Some friends have said DC or south like Austin, Texas is nice. People have manners, etc. But I've lived most of my life in the Northeast and I'm looking to expand my horizons.

You're so full of sh!t. Justifying your reasons for lusting after a white man with pure and utter crap. You're a white man chaser so just admit it already! We all know who and what you are.

Pinocchio's nose grew longer with each lie. However, that's not possible with your nose so it's going to get flatter and wider if you keep lying.

Encouraging other Asians to get with blacks when you got with a white - what a hypocritical douchebag you are.

Anyway, it's only Asian skanks like you who take heat for your behavior because Asian women are notorious white men chasers. It's a reputation they have earned and can't blame right-minded people like me for the criticism and hatred they attract.

If you set foot in my town with your husband he'd have the crap beaten out of him and you'd be lynched.

White boy, stop being obsessed with us Asians. People can be friends with no sexual intentions. Must be lonely because you have no friends. Quit being a stalker.
