Big Oak Flat 'Scar' back on drawing board
A Los Gatos woman is still pursuing a nearly three-year-old plan to transform a barren 40-acre lot in Big Oak Flat, known to residents as "The Scar," into a $60 million commercial retail and hospitality plaza, but recent negotiations with the county have come to a "standstill."

The YGPP is all about profit and not for the benefit of the community. This land should be developed into an organic farm for affordability and availability of good healthy produce. More fitting for the environment. An IMAX theater and fast food. Give me a break.
