Brownwood, a western-style themed development in The Villages is replete with log-cabin structures, 19th-century barns, old-style water towers and silos and,of course, plenty of room for the retail businesses that are sure to appear just as soon as construction is finished.

Interesting name don't you think? "Brownwood, a western-style themed development in The Villages is replete with log-cabin structures, 19th-century barns, old-style water towers and silos."
Well Brownwood Acres located in Central lake, Mi 49622
is supposed to be H. Gary Morse's childhood home after his mother divorced Harold Schwartz and married the Morse guy who lived in Chicago at the time.
Gary Morse claims he left that with his sister to run but Michigan court records tell a different tale when he and his now deceased lawyer Dewey Burnsed sued his sister. Then Morse come to Florida and took over his biological father's business lock stock and barrel right out from under his 1/2 siblings. Great guy to have for a sibling.
Garry Schwartz (Morse) must had have a favorite bull named Ferdinand on that Brownwood, Mi. farm because that is what he named his latest development in Barbados. He's been over there developing his Jewish family owned land for years now.
