Court Upholds Conviction In Teen's Porn Broadcast

The Indiana Court of Appeals earlier this week upheld the conviction of a teen driver who was playing a pornographic video in his car.

I hav eno problem with this. If it was playing on a regular tiny car screen and he was watching while someone else drove, there would be n problem at all.

Now, can we do the same thing to the idiots who turn on the religious programs and crank them up so people in Botswana can here it? I find these to be far more disgusting than porn.

There would be a problem with your second sentence, as the porn cannot be viewable from outside the vehicle...period...regardless of the size of screen.

There comes a point at which what is happening in the car next to you is none of your business. On the standard sized car screens, which are roughly the size of a postcard, you have to look pretty intently to see what is playing. Perhaps if one refrained from scouting the interior of other peoples' cars, you;d be spared something you don't want to see.

The same thing applies to any other phenomenon that does not cause injury to others.

This is about a 16yr old that had a 15 inch screen in his back window in plain sight with porn playing on it. The problem I see with this is that I don't really want a 15" screen showing my children and other children sex. If he were watching porn at home, in private, or even as cpetr13 says on a small screen while someone else drove who cares but, in plain sight of ppl that don't want to view it that's another story.
