Rare violin sparks lawsuit between DSO violinist, Mesquite woman who sold it to him
Courthouse News and the Dallas County website direct our attention to a lawsuit pitting Dallas Symphony Orchestra violinist Filip Fenrych against a Mesquite woman who, in March 2012, sold the esteemed musician a rare instrument bearing the moniker of one of the world's most famous violin-makers, Stefano Scarampella.
