I was just wondering if Niki Tsongas is aware of how the ex-employees of the Rape Crisis Services of Greater Lowell feel about the new ED Sun He Gage. According to what I have read in a previous article featured in the Lowell Sun newspaper, the new ED Gage had created a very hostile working environment for many of the RCSGL employees. Before Gage came on board there were about 8 employees working and running the center, most of them had been long-term employees. As I understand it, today, six of those employees no longer work for the RCSGL, due in large part to the new ED’s very hostile and negative management style, and/or supposed funding cuts. I have also read via the Boston Globe that the RCSGL received funds just 16 days after terminating their employees, and therefore the center was able to hire new employees, friends of the new ED so I hear… so much for the supposed funding crisis…. Have a great time sipping your wine and toasting the new ED….from what I have heard she is a real piece of work.
