Locust Gap girl's poem published
ALDERSON LOCUST GAP - Aleah Alderson, of Locust Gap, 11, a fifth-grade student at Mount Carmel Area Elementary School, wrote a poem, titled "Lost Love," that has been selected for publication in the fall 2009 hardbound anthology, "A Collection of Poets." Aleah entered the poem in a student poetry contest.

Congratulations Aleah! That's quite an accomplishment and you should be very proud of yourself.
I wonder if they could publish your poem here? I'd love to read it.
I live in Philly but was raised in Locust Gap and Mount Carmel. I'm 61 but I still miss it up there.
I wish you the best in the future and hope all your dreams come true!
