Waiting for the Hobby Lobby case to be settled and other circuit decisions on similar cases involving discriminatory merchants to percolate before tackling them, or is this "religious" claim by a merchant permanently hosed?

I think the latter by a hair. An Uncle Thomas Clarence pubic hair.

Let the anti-gay folks claim that this is happening because of "ACTIVIST" Judges!!!

The message is clear......State Anti-Discrimination policies are Constitutional and to violate them will bring consequences to the Business owner!!!

She had actually left her religious liberty claims back in New Mexico after that Court said not even their religious freedom act protected her actions. This was only being advanced on claims that the law violates her rights to speech and association. She told the couple that she believed that they were going to hell if they went through with their ceremony. Free speech was a tough sell.

I don't for one reason......if Hobby Lobby was going to win, then SCOTUS would have more than likely sat on the Elaine case until after their ruling and probably would have sent it back to New Mexico for further review!!!

None of these religion-based anti-gay cases have any meat on their bones
.
How to they expect to win a court case based on hissy-fits?

In a sectarian sense, likely not in a sexual one.

Why not let you ant-human folks claim that this is happening due to "ANIMAL" rights judges!!!

We simply have to site the NAMBLA agenda in 1970s which was to get gay pedophiles into schools, law firms and as judges. It appears that NAMBLA has never said that this has failed, even under their present representations as the "LGBT" and 'IGLA".

This is why political backlashes happen. Let the records show that the gay justices have violated the law, so any acts in response can not be illegal. Untiln one gay can show that all the evidence that homosexual afflicts are not behavioral dysfunctions, developmental disorders and/or character flaws, an human rights verdict is akin to assigning such to pedophiles, incestuous couples and necrophilia married couples. Let the record show that Obama's action are gay actions which are in opposition to Martin Luther King and more akin to Adolf Hilter and his gay shroons.

You are indeed against gay rights, the rights of gays to get reparative therapy, the right of gays to oppose gay marriages and gay adoptions, the rights of gays who abstain from homosexual sinning and pray for healing, the rights of gays to openly inform all that homosexuality is a choice and the product of childhood abuses and developmental disorders. Unless you support the millions of gays who think this way, then you oppose gay rights.

Pedophilia and Child Molestation HARM children who CAN'T give consent or protect themselves...yet you bring this because you HATE Gay men so much that you ACCUSE them of doing things they DON'T do!!!

I love how you gays have taken to calling others mentally ill, in hopes that we will forget that homosexuality is a mental defect which causes sexual relationship developmental disorders and stress over trying to procreate.

Well, you got your SCOTUS ruling you wanted.

Happy now?

Of course not.

States can pass as many "religious freedom laws" as they want; it's essentially meaningless pandering to the religious nutjobs. It's not like Mississippi doesn't already allow businesses to discriminate against gays & lesbians. I can't wait until some straight white Christian is refused service based on that law. Wait for them to squeal like a stuck pig!

<quoted text>Why do child molesters like you tremble whenever your gay group, NAMBLA, is mentioned. Like I said, NAMBLA is alive and well, operating as NAMBLA, the IGLA and all within the LGBT community. So, why do mentally ill folks like you, want us to ignore the fact that all those groups share the same message as NAMBLA.. NAMBLA and NAWGLA are all about children who can not give consent. You hide this because you are a child molester and you do not want all to know that NAMBLA had executive status with the IGLA until 1999 and that means that gays openly accepted and defended gay pedophilia. You HATE your PARENTS so much that you accuse them of doing what only gay men do.
HOMOSEXUALITY is a developmental behavioral relationship disorder, which causes proclaiming gays to reject the very nature of your being and compare yourselves with animals who eat their young, rape others of their species, poop on the side walks, kill within their own community and spread diseases within their species....Hmmmmmm, makes sense.
Wow, is it any wonder you anti-gays nutjobs keep losing in court after court and state after state.

Keep up the good work!
