2012 Grifton Shad Festival ends with heavy rains, art show
Torrential rains Sunday afternoon forced the early closing of the 2012 Grifton Shad Festival, and while downtown streets were gray and empty, the Health Assist Building downtown was filled with people admiring the creations submitted for the festival's Art Show.

Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaagh!!!!!!!! !! Dammit, that makes me mad. Nobody came by to offer to give me a ride to the shad festival as many people as I used to ride for free. But hay, that ok their times coming.
