NYC Rent Guidelines Board OKs Big Increases

There are changes that could be coming that will affect every tenant who enjoys a rent-stabilized apartment in New York City.

Landlord saying he won't be able to replace roof, facsde, etc. is so untrue. They are covered by MCI's that are permantly added to the rents. The landlord obtains a bank loan, puts in for a MCI and tenants pay for it over and over. The landland never puts a dime out of his pocket.
