We saw Rick in a show in Vegas a few years back and I was delighted with his connection with the audience. His voice was great, but I surprised at his time spent in the crowd and what a totally nice, down to earth and very amusing guy he is. It shows how even though you are no longer a teen idol you can continue to bring in the crowds and have very loyal fans in part by being a gentleman.
