Jason Castro of 'American Idol' I got no thrills from Dolly Parton Night. Mariah Carey Night didn't thrill me at all.

I just don't get all the hoo ha ranting and raving about how wonderful is David Archuleta. I don't think there's anything special about him. There was when he was younger. That I've seen in various videos, but at his age now, he's nothing special.

I don't think it matters how we vote anymore because the producers have already decided that the finale will be two Davids. How else could Syesha wind up in the bottom on Andrew Lloyd Webber week, and watch: this week they've already said that she'll be in the bottom again, though, objectively seen judged, she had the best performances on both weeks. That's my two cents!

I don't understand any David Archuleta praise at all. The judges always want some thing different, something that shows growth, something risky, something contemporary. He does none of this and gets praised, and don't say its cause of perfect vocals, cause he has a thin and very weak upper register which prevents any exciting sounds, and has many pitch problems that never get brought up. Its pretty obvious who they want to win the show, and thats one of the problems with idol this season. plus i havent heard onw track from David A., that would be played on a Top40 station. Just MY thoughts, I'm sure there are many who disagree with me and think he's the best thing since slice bread.

Did you catch that Paula called Syesha "Brooke". I replayed it a few times on Tivo just to be sure. Another sober moment from Paula

BTW Loved David Cook and Syesha. Archie is starting to get on my nerves.

The quest still continues to find out why in the hell simon refers to paula abdul....as PAULER.???? Neil Diamond needs to go somewhere and lie down...who even knows him, okay my grandma...but thats an exception. The night was ok, i liked david c. and brooke, why the eff is jason still there when michael and carly are gone...i mean theres just a bunch of stupid 14 year olds still getting there periods texting and chanting jason jason dreadsss erection jason....wtf. Pauler however is my hero, jk. Her lack of intelligence makes me want to shard a memwee. The quest is also still on to figure out why pauler abdul has a job. Oh and the guitar last night was heavier than brooke....but shes kool. Im glad syesha took down the fro....it was giving me corneal abrasion. as for david archuleta.....he needs to get some pampers cruisers or huggies supreme....the dude has probably never even seen a tit. anyway he can sing though. David C is awsome....the cheese to my macaroni...i would also like to know why everytime ryan seacrest is introducing american idol he is so dramatic that he almost starts having convulsions. so farewell and hopefully we'll have some more feedback after tonight.

Jason did a wonderful job on both songs. It's unfortunate when people like Daniel Fienberg write about Jason, they have to make rude comments about his personality/looks. Jason is a breath of fresh air on the show because he's not the usual clone the music industry promotes. Jason won't win AI, but he will sell a lot of records.

I think Jason should go home. I'm from Dallas and I am tired of him.

Jason sounded superb on "Forever in Blue Jeans" but did seem to check out on September Morn. Who could blame him? Paula is a disgrace--whether the show is rigged or she saw the contestants' rehearsals, or whatever. She is an utter disgrace. Cook will win.

PAULA ABDUL MUST GO! Either the "fix is in" (pre-determined that this was "Axe Jason Night")...or she has no clue about what's going on 10-feet in front of her! This is an embarrassing outrage! Get her off the screen and out of our frikkin lives! She's an utter disgrace.

I love Jason Castro, but why, my friend, did you choose two songs that make me want to retch? And how could Jason be expected to excell, when ol' Paula had already pronounced his 2nd song D.O.A. before he'd even sung it????!!!!!

Syesha or Brooke must go tonight.

I agree to just about all of it. Jason is definitely overdue for an exit. He's got a sweet style, but you're right, he's not good enough to still be around. Brooke should also be on thin ice after three weeks of sub-par performances. IMHO, Cook and Syesha are the two strongest vocalists left. Sadly, though 'lil Archie's fan base will keep him in this to the bitter end. Honestly, though, Archuletta has about as much vocal variety as a bugle. The kid is a 17 year old Michael Bolton - he's got enough talent to make girls swoon but not enough to really make an impact in the music world. David Cook is the real deal!

I don't believe Brook's version of "I'm a Believer" was so horrible, even though it wasn't fantastic. Her version of "I am, I said" was actually quite good.
I like Brook a lot. She is quite talented, but I don't think she is giving us quite enough to win the competition. She never seems confident during her performances, which I think hold her back from giving the best she has to offer.

Brooke showed me that the Monkees truly had spiritual depth! After her performance I'm certianly a believer that she has no idea what any song she sings is about.

Jason Castro was so bad the JDL is investigating him on charges of antisemitism.

The other 3 did as I expected, with Sayesha stepping up, so I'm pretty sure she's going home tonight.
