I think David i s talented in his own world.He looks like he's going to jump out of his own skin when the judges makes remarks to him. I think he will be good in Broadway but not as a pop artist. His father is not running the show here and puts him in great danger of losing to David Cook.

I heard this morning that his father has been banned from the set. He is only allowed to sit in the audience on performance night now. The AI attorneys have banned him from going backstage because he was berating David and the other contestants. He had David change the words to the song "Stand by Me", AI insisted David not sing it the way his dad wanted, but he still did, so AI had to pay royalties for two songs instead of one. David looks so petrified and sad now, his dad has obviously affected him, and not in a good way.

That kid is the absolute definition of BORING. And the music industry should havelearned from last year that 17 year olds who sing sappy love songs can't sell records for squat. His father will be crushed when he loses because the big payday won't come.

Archuleta as robbed by "ballot stuffers" for ole jughead Cook. Archie not only outclasses Cook, he outsings him by miles, is 10x more humble. Cook has shown his true colors already, by asking out that bimbo Kimberly Caldwell. You girls that think Cook would give you a 2nd look now...keep dreamin'. It's pretty obvious he's out for puttin' notches on his headboard and "ordinary" girls just won't do. If anyone is a fake and a phony, it's David Cook! Freakin' Bon Jovi wanna be.

This kid has no personality, and his voice is that of an old man. Cook is far more marketible, and as you can see he won. Bottom line is David A. will probably find himself singing on stages and never in concerts.. He is simply old school love song type.. he has not versitility.. great voice, but the 50's are gone.. you need looks and style.. the voice wont carry you through.. just look at gay boy.. whats his name.. clay aiken.

He belongs at a theme park and that is about it. He'll finish up singing christian music or essentially burn out. He will go the way of Mark Spitz, 7 medals for swimming at the Olympics, no personality, no acting talent. Archuleta has no range , all the songs sound the same, and no stage presence at all. Put him and Josh Groban on stage and they are like watching paint dry. All the cougars and oprah types can fantasize about these two bores. Sinatra, Martin, Davis sang ballads and they did it with caliber and class, something sorely missing in show business today. The talent pool is very, very shallow.Enjoy yourselves.
