Why Our Elites Are Failing Us and How to Fix It
In an engrossing passage from Twilight of the Elites, a new book about the American meritocracy and its failures, author Chris Hayes directs our attention to an all but forgotten moment in 2009, when debate raged about who President Obama should appoint to a Supreme Court vacancy. Sonia Sotomayor was widely thought to be on his short list. But various liberal commentators, including The New Republic's Jeffrey Rosen and Harvard's Laurence Tribe, argued that she should be passed over for alternative candidates who they regarded as observably smarter.

"Keep in mind the person under discussion is someone who, from humble beginnings in the Bronx, had gained entry to Princeton, graduated summa cum laude, and gone on to Yale Law,"
Going to Princeton and going to Yale should mean just one thing... you went to Princeton or you went to Yale (or both).
It doesn't mean you're smarter, it just means you earned entry into the supposedly you're smart club.

This article is absurd from the outset. here are no "our elites." The Elites serve themselves, plain and simple. They are not failing us, as they have no intention of serving "us" they don't care about :us" at all. The "elite" upper echelons of the US Federal Government are almost 100% run by and comprised of sock-puppets who serve international banking powers bent on world dominion through debt slavery - whether they themselves know it or not.

Here is my problems with these so called "elites" and elitism as a whole.
Do they not wipe their ass like the rest of us? WTF? What makes them so special and why do people in general fawn all over these people and consider them "elite"?
Prime example of this is what happened on ABC the other night. The absolute worship of the Queen of England and her freaking JUBILEE. Let's worship the Queen! Well I say F that! Have people forgotten the fact it was the Windsor family we fought a revolution against? And now American people are following the royal family? Seriously? What the f*ck makes them "elite" or "royal"?
And looking at so called American "elites". Obama is considered an elite. Based on what? And watching grown people fawn over this guy and the media worshipping this guy because he is the President and considered and "elite". Its disgusting.
SNL was excellent, they baked Santorum and Ike Huckaschmuck
