Australian tsunami database reveals threat to continent

Australia's coastline has been struck by up to 145 possible tsunamis since prehistoric times, triple the previously estimated number, a new study reveals.

A strong earthquake off the west coast of NZ could anyday send a monster tsunami our way. Glad I don't own a sumptuous Sydney harbourside property :)
