If I had to choose just one, it would most definaltey have to be 1984 by George Orwell.

I found this guy's book while looking for runaway support organizations and picked up a used copy. It was a true adventure and while it causes one to consider some of the darker sides of our society,it was really a great deal of fun. I seldom read books that I don't have to start and stop to get through to the end. This book should be required reading for every parent in America. It brings to the surface many hidden truths and does it in a way that is both in your face and in recognition that we all live in a complex community. |
