best infographic service

Well, Guys This time I'll be spending my time writing about a best site for the topic of infographic service. But I know I'm spending my time on something good. This site is truly magnificent and gives great customer support. They are the best site for this purpose on the planet. Better visit this site if you need some service of infographic service.

If I could leave 0 stars for this business, I would. I took a thumb drive to their shop over a couple months ago to have some 4x6 and 5x7 photos printed. Seems simple enough. They charged a very high price but I thought it would be worth it because the quality would be impeccable. Wrong. The quality of the photos was terrible. When I told the employee at the store my concern about the quality, he kept assuring me that the quality is low because the photos were taken with an iPhone. I was skeptical because I have printed iPhone photos before and they always come out great. Btw, I have an iPhone 7, which has a great camera. But believing what I was being told, I paid for the photos and left.
Later that week, I stopped by a CVS store to just test print some of the same photos using the same thumb drive and as I expected, the photos I printed myself at CVS were MUCH better and MUCH cheaper. It was obvious the problem was the printer at Printing Fly. I went back to Printing Fly with a set of photos I had from CVS to show them the difference in quality. The woman behind the counter agreed that there was a quality difference. She took my name and number and said that the owner or manager would be in touch regarding a refund. I even left a sample photo from CVS with her so the owner could see the difference.
Several weeks went by and I never received a call. I called the store to follow up and I was again told that the Owner would be in the store in a few minutes and would call me right back. Again, no call. Growing very frustrated, I went in to the store today to find out what was going on. The woman working there told me that if I wanted I could wait 20 minutes for the manager. I explained I don't have 20 minutes to sit around waiting so I left. 20 minutes later, I finally received a call from the "manager" of the store. I again explained to him the situation from the beginning. Instead of apologizing, offering to reprint the photos, or offer a refund (which a previous associate had already said he could do), he gave me attitude. I told him that I would like a refund and explained that I don't even have the photos that I've been charged for as I returned them to the store. He said that since he can't turn around and sell the stock paper since my photos were printed on them (this seems like a very bizarre and obvious thing for him to have pointed out) that there's nothing he can do. I said then that I would dispute the charge with my credit card company and he said that "I should go ahead and do that". The lack of any sort of professionalism from this obviously young and unseasoned manager is staggering. When I then called back a moment later to ask again for his name, he gave me a different name as though this maneuver would provide him some sort of shield. Again, very bizarre and immature behavior. So this manager's name is either Omid (what he told me the first time) or Andrew (his made up name that he likes to hide behind apparently). When I asked for the Owner's name, he refused to give it to me. Again, very bizarre behavior since that information is public and can easily be looked up.
Aside from the poor quality of their prints, the customer service, or lack there of, at Printing Fly means I will never be going back there again and I highly recommend that no one else goes either. There are way better print shops around with employees that are much better trained in everything.
