On Monday, November 9th, 2009 the "James City" Ruritan Club will be 70 years old. They are located in Williamsburg.
Ruritans is a national community service organization where all fund raising and volunteer work specifically targets each club’s immediate/local community.
They will be celebrating their 70th anniversary on Wednesday the 11th at their monthly meeting.
The James City Ruritan Club is looking for new members interested in making their community a better place to live. They meet on the 2nd Wednesday of every month in Toano, at the Mt. Vernon Methodist Church.
