Okay I've danced for 13 years but I wasn't able to go to a big school to train when I got to be 11. Now my question is I'm now 16, I've been told I have the perfect ballet body, I take 10-15 hours of classes a week I'm pretty flexible, and I work outside of class also now how would I be able to join a large company at this later age?

And I know I can get into smaller companies and such easily probably but what about the big ones?
