How fit should I be before attempting a two-handed over the head lift?

I am 17 years old, and I have great muscle mass (I can do plenty of pull-ups and push-ups) but not amazing actual body muscle (for curls, military press, etc.). For an upcoming recital my dance teacher wants me to perform a basic over the head lift (one hand on my partner's leg and one on her stomach, similar to a military press). We haven't tried this yet, and my teacher has given me the full choice whether or not to attempt it in the recital, I was wondering what kind of physical shape I should be in to perform this.
My partner's weight is probably around 115 pounds, and the performance is in two and a half months. Since this lift is like a military press, I'm wondering specifically how much other male dancers are able to military press, and how heavy their partners are. I perform the following workout routine twice a day for upper body.(Repetitions first, weight after)
Military press - 8x20lbs
Curls - 8x20lbs
Hammer curls - 8x20lbs
Tricep kickbacks - 8x10lbs
Lawnmower (p90x)- 8x35lbs
No breaks in-between exercises, about 1-2 minutes between circuits, repeating the whole thing 3 times.
Just wondering if 1, this is over/under par for a 17 year old male dancer, 2, if I should add/remove any exercises, and 3, how much I should be able to comfortably lift (curls, military press, etc.) to attempt an over the head lift with a 115 pound partner.
