You know how professional dancers are REALLY flexible...they can kick themselves in the face, pretty much.
I was wondering how I could get really flexible? I am a ballerina, this is my fourth year. I can get my heel stretch on my right leg almost completely up, but my left only about a half foot higher than my shoulders. I also want to get my back more flexible. Thanks in advance! ;D

Well i'm so happy to hear that you are aiming high:D Thats sound great and i can understand where your coming from because i'm going through the same situation! First splits everday for ATLEAST 2 minutes on EACH leg. Also mounts for the same time as splits and also lots of hamstring, quadricepts, calve, and glute streches. With your back i would recommend those back cambre`s that i do in ballet and if you do ballet you would probably know what i mean and also warming up improves your flexibility heaps. Anyway hope this helps :D

I know dance,... I mean breakdance precisely but I can't just feel satisfied when its come to my flexibilty. I really wanna become extremely flexible :). I wish to know the preliminary stepx to get there.

Hey!
I'm a jaz dancer and to get flexible fast I slip as often as possible and often have a night where I have a "flexibility workout" consisting of stretching everything intensly and holding splits for as long as I can than after that proping a leg on a chair and aiming for the ground with my pelvis. In summer stretching is eaiser to accomplish because your body is loose and relaxed from the weather

Stretch everyday for at least ten minutes also on Instagram Facebook and tumblr post something of like one like equals ten minutes of stretching and see hoe many likes you get for every like literally do ten minutes of stretching

Hey there I was just wondering I'm a dancer and I would like to get really flexible so I can do over extended leg mounts and the middle split and how can I get my back more stretchy thanks :)

I would stretch everyday and sit in ur splits for at least 2 minutes each. Backbends are good for getting ur back stretchy.

Stretch as much as you can, but not too much where you'll hurt/tear a muscle. While you stretch make sure to breath to give your muscles oxygen.
Once you get your splits, works on your oversplits, which professional dancers have making them extremely flexible.
With dedication and self-motivation, you can do it. Good luck!:)

Hi I am flexible but not like Jaycee and Dylan I always wanted to be I wish they CAN come to my school Thursday and show me how to and I would do anything I want to go to club dance studio in az it is my dream to be bffs with Jaycee Dylan and Boston I just wish my life I hope you saw this

Well you can stretch everyday, like if you want to make your spine to be flexible you can do back bend, for legs do a split any kind, but if it hurts don't go all the way or else you can rip your muscle, for your feet role your ankles. I'm starting cheerleading in 6 month and I'm not flexible but I can reach my toes at least. I have always wanted to be flexible but I have 6 month to become it because the group who I'm goin to join is 1 year advanced. I did 4 years jazz dance but I really want to reach this goal. Does anyone have proposition for me?

If you want to become flexible, the best way is to stretch everyday. It's EXTREMELY important that you do it everyday or else it won't work. so keep it everyday and eat healthy and the results will be satisfying!!

Im a dancer (sort of)and I am very short and The only things are that I do yoga and I can bend down all the way to my toes with no bending in the knees and I want to be super flexible. Thanks!!
