I'm an American. My grandparents were Ukrainians, I grew up in an emigre community. I've visited Ukraine, and of course, I'm foreign. Ukrainians will decide what is best for themselves.

On the other hand, if Yushchenko is hated, its mostly by Ukrainians east of the Dnipro River. People in central and Western Ukraine voted for him and Tymoshenko. I'm betting that Tymoshenko will be the next President.
