Hedges, as theatergoers might recall, was hired after a national search during the 2006-07 season, following the departure of former executive director Elynmarie Kazle in August 2006.

I've seen the transition and have to say the theater is running like a well oiled machine. Glad to see the turnaround and hope it continues!
