Farmer's Market

A Carrot
A Tomato
A Potato
A Shallot

A Mushroom
An Onion
Lettuce
A big fat organic green bell pepper.

A Banana
A Coconut
Not from this country
A falsified Marketeer for the cash.

A Loaf of Home made bread
An Empinada
Perhaps a pizzeria truck
But nothing like the twenty varieties of lettuce.

A friend
A walk
A market
A chance for authentic organic

The pesticides
The drought
The birds pecking at the berries
For the sake

of the Farmer's Market.
