I cant wait for this farce of a trial to be over and hope that the DA drops this charade and concentrates on going after real criminals. This whole thing is a waste of taxpayers money and the real criminal here is the DA who is wasting our money . I would be willing to bet that Ramos has a personal vendetta against Burum and instead of wasting millions of taxpayer dollars on this he should be spending it defending himself in his own upcoming trial. It is there that we will see who the real criminal is.Aleman is a convicted felon with obvious moral problems. This whole ordeal makes me sick

Upland resident...these people are responsible for millions of dollars being spent, taxpayer dollars. Postmus, and his cronies are scum and bottom feeders. They didn't and haven't thought twice about ripping off the people with their greed and agendas. What do you have against the DA? Are you really serious when you say it is a waste of time prosecuting thieves? The real waste here lies with the people involved in the scam!

This Keystone Cops comedy gets better each day. When a position is eliminated you layoff or fire the person who held it. You don't keep paying them until you get them to sign a letter of resignation. Rex is a opportunist but this whole trial is starting to smell worse than a can of sardines. How much money has the county spent prosecuting this mess? In lesser crimes for the general public we are told it is not cost effective to prosecute the crime. This my friends has become a political trial of "gottcha." The only problem is who will they end up getting? Burum or Ramos? As for Rex being told he'd be taken care of. He was told his family would be taken care of and not in the kind way if his squealed on the others. Rex is is fearful of harm to his family so he has to move forward. In the end if Rex walks Burum will cover Rex's legal costs via a third party. Now mark my words and watch what happens.

This is getting so much more fun ! "Postmus's boyfriends","drug parties" ? Too funny. Now why do you suppose a reporter chose those words ? Why do you suppose an editor let it go to print ? Gino, come on, let us in on the big news. Gives a new meaning
to the words GRACIOUS LIVING. It should be GraceLESS Living! What was Rex Guiterrez's role at the parties ? I bet he was the pinata. "Batter up"! I do have to say though, if you want to party with these freaks you better be ready and in shape. Holy cow. San Bernardino County is the country's most corrupt county ? What the heck is in that wine out there gentlemen ? The truth will set you free, all of you, but then again you all have attornies so I guess that's out. Spoiled brats !

Regardless of witness testimony, the timesheets submitted by Rex when compared to meeting minutes from the City of RC show that Rex is a thief. Last I checked you cannot be two places at once. He claims to have been working to get his paychecks from the County; but was at RC City Hall constantly for midday meetings and events. All of those written records are true and a part of the evidence and they point directly to FRAUD.
