Nations have got to have the power, and the right , to detect, arrest and punish international criminals. These deviants, must not be allowed to propagate death and distruction. The international criminal must be brought to a halt, judged, and removed from civilized society. The terrorist element, must not be allowed to prevail.Rather than pandering the terrorist element, and giving him safe harbour. These criminals must be treked to the ends of the earth, and brought to justice.Peter Carlos Hinds.
