This is unbelievable! The majority of Pennsylvania's voting taxpayers want these changes. Now we find that a regulatory group can see that they don't happen? WHEN ARE POLITICIANS GIONG TO START LISTENING TO WHAT WE THE PEOPLE WANT DONE????? I'd love to know what Mr. Onorato and Mr. Corbett think of this situation. What does it take to execute the will of the people? How hard is it for them to do what we vote them in to do and pay them to do????

I think they are blowing this out of proportion!!! The puppy mills should have regular inspections ,& have to conform to the law. If they're licensed then the Dog Warden knows where they are & who they are. Instead of going around knocking on peoples door & asking if their dogs have a license, they should be inspecting these breeders once a month!!!Go earn their money for a change!!!And leave the public TAX payers alone.

what happen to a free country? it's thier dogs they can do what they want with them. Why should they have to pay the goverment more money for the freedom that has been promised to us. you all follow the laws like a herd of cattle. know your rights people and stand up for what this country was once built on.

The Constitution protects us from "what the people want done". I'm against puppy mills, but mob rules is just as bad in my book.

As of last month the laws are still not being enforced by the state. Turkey Hill Kennels was fined a measley $200 for STILL being in violation of the State laws. How many chances does Zimmerman get? It's ridiculous. These poor animals are suffering and the State is not doing the job we taxpayers are paying them to do. I've tried to email Jessie Smith and the emails bounce back. She never even had the courtesy to reply after the January inspection email I sent her. We need to keep hounding her and the Dept of Agriculture over this matter. The Dog Compliance Dept. shouldn't be controlled by the Dept of Agriculture. Dogs aren't crops or farm animals!!!
