El Paso County dog breeder facing new animal abuse trial
An El Paso County woman with a prior conviction for animal abuse will soon face trial on new charges of underfeeding dogs at a Yoder kennel where she and her husband bred German shepherd puppies for sale.

Why has she been allowed to breed puppies with a previous conviction? There should be a registry in place to prevent this from happening!
Dogs are not ATM machines on 4 paws. If people would quit buying dogs from back yard breeders, they would go out of business.
