If this is true, good for Armenia! This move is in responce to Western Union caving into the Azeri threat to ban them because WU does business with the Nagorno Karabakh Republic.
Because of that threat, WU stopped sending money to NKR...so be it Armenia can play that game too.

Let Western Union run their own affairs. I am a banker and we do make SWIFT transfers to Artsakh. Artsakhbank is our correspondent in Stepanagert and let WU go jump in the lake.
