Century Link Customers

I don't know who keeps invading my phone but the next time Century Link has one of their customer representatives on make sure they are competent enough to answer my questions. I am tired of the changes each customer rep. gives me anytime I call in with a question about a bill and I don't appreciate them trying to be underhanded in trying to change my agreement and payment dues with each individual call I make out.
I did not sign a contractual agreement with them but your representative keeps ensuring me that I am now obliged to a one year contract which is bogus. I hope someone looks into these misleading and deceptful practices from both Century Link and Direct TV and if the conversation is being recorded how come I'm being told that it doesn't exist. Either someone is in the game of bringing these companies down and giving them a bad reputation or both these companies are misleading and someone needs to investigate their workers.

Listen you retard, why not post in your own states forums or have they ran you out since your mental condition shows with all your postings all over the place.
