Judge: Minimum wage question won't be on Nov. 6 ballot; proponents to appeal
Albuquerque District Court Nan Nash has ruled that a minimum wage question should not be on the ballot for the November 6th election.

Notice that she found - or recognized - a completely different issue than the one most people were concentrating on.
The GOP-leaning ABQ City Council doesn't want this on the November ballot, because they're afraid it will bring more progressive voters to the polls.
