Reported to Topix. I will once again remind you that impersonating another with the intent to defame them is a crime.

But they did spell their name differently. Like Smith or Smithe. I wouldn't confuse you with Silk_the_Absent_1. And your icon is so much nicer. His image shrivels before yours.

Silk, the REAL one is probably just a bit upset his latest stone that he thought was the Hope Diamond was in fact a Cubic Zirconia.

And there goes his million dollar profit so we can clearly understand his feelings.

And who can really not know the real one from the FAKE Silk?

Having a high IQ does not make one smarter, it only shows the person has a higher IQ rating.
To bad he cannot put it to GOOD USE, had he not bailed out all his big donors, banks, auto, insurance etc we would not be in the mess we are in.
Let a business make it or fail without help, look at the millions NM just lost.
Also if every politician stopped running their mouth about creating jobs and brought them back from outsourcing they would be doing all Americans a favor.
But to create jobs with tax money is digging us deeper into debt.
So explain that to Mr. high IQ President.
As long as the rich end up paying off that debt, I'll be happy. They created it after all, with their empty promises of more jobs in return for tax cuts.

Remember that?

Besides, the rest of us don't have it to give. The poor (a larger and larger percentage of our population, BTW) don't have any money. The shrinking middle class is squeezed by high unemployment and lower real wages, thanks to outsourcing.

LIke many families, government is loving off borrowed money, waiting for the economy to improve. Problem is...it may never improve. Too many jobs outsourced to other countries. Thank the Romneys of the world for that. Why should he care? He makes a profit whether the jobs are here or not.

In 1955 the wealthy paid a 91 percent tax rate, unemployment was low, and the future looked bright. Today they pay a tiny fraction of that, and we are in deep, deep doo-doo. It's not a coincidence.

I agree with you on all said here.

There is only one true fair tax, a flat tax, everyone pays the same percentage based on total income from all sources and that means Mitt's off shore accounts interest, his Swiss accounts etc.

And all wealthy democrats too. Sure the poor might only pay say $25 for the entire year and get 10 times that in benefits but they contributed and that gives them a sense of helping.

Remember the days, years ago, 1960s or early 70s the change started but there were three levels of each class, lower, middle and upper lower class, middle class and upper class?

Now there are just lower class and middle class and the ultra rich and the ultra rich pay little or no taxes.

Now there is class warfare. You got to love it, but we are nowhere near being as polarized as we need to be.

We don't need to be polarized, we need to come together and solve our problems with meaningful dialog and compromise. Something Congress is unable to do. Its not just one side, its both factions.

that is what we have been doing. do you think the 99% versus the 1% and businesses didn't become successful without government is a compromise? nowhere near polarized enough. i agree with the O and the dems. we are not polarized enough. that is what has brought us to this.

Interesting premise on how a tax mandate needs to begin in the House and not the Senate as the Healthcare act did.

So business gets a pass, and the individual still has to purchase and pay the penalty for not...and Aetna and United Healthcare have opted out of the individual health insurance policy writing in California:

Obama Administration Delays Healthcare Law Employer Penalty Until 2015

"Employer Mandate, Never Mind"

So how are individuals supposed to deal with this? Employers can't track them and how will the IRS know which individuals to penalize. Big Business gets a pass and the individual gets screwed? Must be the Republicrats:

"Individuals are only supposed to be eligible for ObamaCare's subsidies if their employer doesn't offer the right benefits. But how will the Treasury know who qualifies in 2014 if they lack the information that businesses are supposed to provide? Citizens must also pay the individual mandate-tax if they decline coverage from their employer. How will the Treasury verify these offers?"

Administration delays key requirement in Obamacare

"In any event, the decision prompts several questions. Among them: 1 -Can the administration unilaterally decide when and how a law is implemented? If so, can Congress decide when and how to fund it? 2- Why is the employer mandate delayed but not the individual mandate? 3 – Why is it that the populist Obama administration acts on complaints from large companies but fights all the way to the Supreme Court to levy fines on individuals?"

Love the last question. Supports businesses and targets the individual for the penalties. Now I wonder why that is....

So, now we know that they can pass laws and be granted exemption from the laws they pass. Taxpayers will help subsidize members of congress and their employees health care. By law they were supposed to go through the exchanges. A deal went through.

"Basically, OPM needed to determine that the federal government could help pay the cost of premiums on the exchanges for Congressional employees."

something wrong with taking personalities over covering employees...look at the maze of regulations and penalizing those who actually give full coverage and now makes it more palatable to take the penalty?

USA is a farrightteabagger newsoutlet...but still...
