I don't agree with all of McCain's positions, but 95% or so isn't bad. What I like most is that McCain sticks to his principles, while Obama has shown that he can't be trusted (like the public funding commitment he signed), and is willing to say virtually anything to draw votes.

I think the Dem party is driving him more than anything. He's not quite savvy enough to play the game so they're playing it for him. He's nothing but a pawn to them.

Atleast the man is willing to expose himself to those types to actually answer questions. I'm not a big fan of McCain, but atleast the man doesn't hide from the average voter.

I actually wanted McCain over Bush in 2000 but now that he supports Bush's endless war in Iraq and the continuation of more soldiers deaths I say no friggin way to McCain.

Oh when will we have a VIABLE 3rd party to side with, one that is not overboard but truly for the majority of people. And no, none of the minor party's out there right now are viable IMO.

A Ross Perot victory could have changed our political structure. I see a two party system for a long time to come. A McCain victory and Bloomberg challenge in four years may be the only longshot for sometime. Although a McCain victory is a long shot in its self
