Shooting reported in northwest Albuquerque

Police and rescue crews are responding to a possible shooting in northwest Albuquerque.

There was a man shot three times on aztec. He is dead.

Part of the problem with 'instant' reporting is there are very few facts reported, such as: what really went on, how many were involved, were there drugs, or was this a robbery? Not enough info.

I would like to say that they need to have their facts straight. This was my nieces dad. And for them to be told by one person that he didnt make it and then hear on the news that he was alive was very hard to explain to her.

i hope to god that they get that punk who shot him. jaime was a good guy reguardless of what anyone thought of him he was liked any my thoughts and prayers are with the family.

They did get him and he is about to be arraigned in the next hour.
