ALBUQUERQUE, N.M.-- A convicted killer is on life support after he was attacked by fellow inmates.

The Corrections Department says Michael Guzman was attacked by more than a dozen inmates just two days after he was moved to a private prison in Clayton.

Guzman's family said they want answers about the attack.

Officials said Guzman was not stabbed, but they cannot say if any other weapons were used. He is in intensive care with other patients, along with special security, which is why family is not allowed in to see him.

Guzman was convicted of raping and murdering one University of New Mexico student and raping another back in the early 1980's.

Guzman was moved to Clayton because he had problems with other inmates at the prison in Santa Rosa.

I'll buy the pizzas & cigs for those inmates who tried their own form of "corrections" on that scumbag ! I'll give $1000 to the first person who asks him "So, how was it ?" and can prove it !

Yep, there's that one, along with, "My hito didn't do it, he said" and "They don't like him cuz they're prejudiced". Sound familiar ?
