WHAT not ARRESTED YET?

Oh I get it, he has connections with stat and federal people so they let him be.

Anyone else would be in jail with a no bail arrest by now.

I don't agree with what this man did and I think that what he did is very wrong, but I feel it is also wrong that this persons address has been publically advertised on the news. People will take matters into there own hands and probably harass this person. Let the law take care of it. Two wrongs don't make a right!

this guy doing his perverted stuff at home..it is sad . this agency has the toughest job of all public employeees, usually those who abuse kids, have deliquent children and where the parents are the problem.

All those who comment need to realize who their clients are and how tough it is to work with offenders of all ages.

no excuse for this though...glad they caught him.

When Heather Wilson was at the top problems worse than this came to light. When Heather was in Washington it appeared that she overlooked instead of oversaw the page and aid safety. It is a tradition, of sorts. He must go now and take Heather with you.

The best thing the State of New Mexico, Governor, should do immediately is perform an Audit/inspection of entire CYFD state program. Implement a state Ethics Commission and mandated training. Have the a State Inspector General audit function that would inspect and provide oversight functions of all state agencies to catch these issues/problems (Checks and balances) and fix administrative issues what can be, discipline and if criminal prosecute

If founded and based on affidavits after search, any evidence recovered or found as a result of the warrants which this person should be taken into custody.

wow! In this corrupt administration, he's probably going to get a promotion instead of arrested. Anyone check to see how much he contributed to the powers that be?

I'm thinking the only reason this guy has not been fired yet is the State needs 100% proof that he was doing what he was doing. That means undeniable proof that would stand up in court and not some self admission. Once the state gets that proof he will be fired.(I'm sure the wanna be legal scholars will tell the real reasons)

Hope this perv rots in prison for a very long time.

I worked with Mark Edwards. He was well-liked and well-respected professionally. I don't think anybody expected this! That being said, why hasn't he been immediately arrested; with evidence found and a confession? Will he just be allowed to abscond (like Neil Stammer, the guy who ran the magic shop in Alb. and abused children)?

Richardson has to go. The state employee, who happens to be a senator's son, was let go because he was accessing porn on his computer at work. However, with that said, Richardson found him another job later. Mark Edwards will end up doing the same thing, they will drop the charges and he'll show up like a bad penny like the other people. Wake up New Mexico, it isn't "politics as usual." Its about time New Mexicans do something and get rid of the criminals, the perverts, and the thiefs out of state and local government. I don't care what party they are affiliated with.

WAKE UP AND SMELL THE $%L+ or cesspool they call government.
