Legislation would freeze charter school reimbursement

With New York looking at cuts in education spending, some local lawmakers would like to keep the amount charter schools get reimbursed per student frozen at the level it was two years ago.

I agree too... time to end this charter school experiment. It's too expensive, and we just can't afford to support underperforming programs any longer.
