Qantas A388 near Dubai on Apr 3rd 2013, hydraulic problem
A Qantas Airbus A380-800, registration VH-OQA performing flight QF-2 from Dubai to Sydney,NS , was climbing out of Dubai when the crew received indication of a possible hydraulic leak.

This is the exact same aircraft QA that had the engine blow out a couple of years ago which was subsequently rebuilt over an 18 month period !
