Great Union they took from us a good 401K left us a Penion Plan about half of what we had, so much for retiring at 65 anyone know how to vote a union out?
I guess I need to learn how to live off of 365/month o yeah no raise for 12 years take your IAM Union back.

Spirit workers in North Carolina approve first contract
After voting to unionize in April, production and maintenance workers at Spirit AeroSystems' Kinston, N.C., plant approved their first contract last week.
