It's none of the world's business. Russia will once again, on its own come up with something wonderful which the wonderful west will be falling all over themselves to steal for themselves so they won't be behind.

Go Russia, Go PUtin, Go Medvedev. Protect Russia from the greedy, grasping gusses of the wonderful west and keep your secrets well guarded.
