Has your husband/father/uncle/son had yet more 'false' allegations levied against them by 'lying children' lately?
Only the haters on this forum have ever suggested such a thing, which says a lot about their thought processes.

<quoted text> If you are basing the accusation which is recorded on a legal document, that is not sufficient to convict a person of the crime.
Let's hear your explanation as to just why merely issuing an accusation is enough for you, but the verdict delivered by a jury after a lengthy and expensive trial is not.
I'll start.

1) The jury members admitted they didn't look at all the evidence.

Evasion noted. Why would you be defending someone you never knew, whose behaviour was highly suspicious,(and which would never be tolerated in a colleague, neighbor or relative - people you DO know), against child molestation accusations?

Idol worship, or personal experience? As you have strongly insisted the former isn't the case, I'm assuming the latter.

Haters are quite fond of quoting disgruntled former jurors who were daunted by the reactions of a hostile media and disappointed over the loss of their book deals.

There was no evidence which proved that MJ was a pedophile, just more pathetic attempts by a desperate prosecution who knew the case was rapidly disintegrating.

2) The evidence that Wacko's lawyers suppressed, that we have access to but the jurors didn't.

Damn, you're unpopular here, Jack!

You can figure it out what's going on when there are only 2 or 3 "Judge it" votes on a comment.

8 - 9....

I'd call that, "OUTVOTED!!!"

During their early years, young children learn most of what they know about the world from adults who spend the most time with them—usually family members and others who take care of them. Adults’ words and actions have great influence on children’s behaviors. When interacting with a child, adults teach them directly, by telling and showing, and indirectly, by
providing a model for how to behave. Therefore, to decide on a fitting response to the child’s behavior in any given situation and to teach the right lesson, adults need to base their own behavior.

You can't prove that it's unacceptable for unrelated adults to bed down other people's children because it isn't.
Michael Jackson was like Mother Teresa where children are concerned and deserves to be made a saint.
GV, I luv ya but you can't easily include MJ to any normal study of child rearing.

For one thing, when MJ first got busted for inappropriate behavior around a minor, he wasn't even a parent!

He was known as a messiah to lost children!!

Where's the study for that?

The number of kids who met MJ, visited Neverland, got to know him as a friend and a person, and never accused him of any wrongdoing is something that cannot be ignored or discredited.

Fancy having such a low IQ that you constantly miscomprehend words you hear and read, causing so much stress. That would be bad. I don't know how Jerome can stand it.
So says the person who keeps calling Jermaine "Jerome".

So, Michael Jackson reserves the right to take children he has befriended to bed with him?

What does it say about a man in his mid forties that's on the same wavelength as his little 13 year old boy-friend??

You call that normal??

There is no law dictating who can sleep in whose bed.
