The court still has a problem in finding a way to give Joe money from MJ's estate. The problem is called law. There are four legal rules that govern this particular question. I would like to hear of how Oxman or any lawyer plans to get around these to then make Joe a beneficiary of MJ's will. I have even pricked up and sharpened my ears.
