Too bad he didn't go through with the trial--then maybe Evan Chandler would have been exposed as the true originator of those molestation accusations.
No you're using hindsight to make sense out of Wacko's absurd comment. In 1994, Jackson could not possibly predict what a circus-like trial his trial would be when the events which led OJ to having a circus-like trial never occurred yet. It was a dumb, dumb, dumb, thing to say.

It's funny how the statement was both dumb and incriminating on MJ's part as far as him admitting he settled it himself with his lawyers rather than "fight the charges". Even in 2005 when he said he'd "fight them", he didn't take the stand, probably because it would've helped the jury convict him so Mez did smart by not allowing Michael to testify or maybe MJ played that card when he pleaded the fifth years ago.

Pedophone, that Michael said he didn't want an OJ circus trial was an admission on his part an insurance company did NOT force him to settle. He admitted he wanted it settled and over with.

Yes, it is too bad he didn't go through with the trial. Instead, he paid off the family to silence them. Had he gone through with the trial, he would have been sent to prison. After all, when the police took photos of his genitals, they matched the child's drawing and description.

He effectively killed the fantasy he fed the public about an insurance company forcing him to settle. F'loons completely missed that slip, on his part.

In the many documents, there was correspondence in which it mentioned Michael would plead the 5th so that he wouldn't have to testify, on the stand. I'm with you on that. I don't know if his attorney told him to take the 5th or if he made that decision. In any case, nobody on his side wanted him to have to explain his one-on-one, little-boy sleepovers.

^ Yeah that is confirmed at least. No one wanted him to talk and he was willing to comply because he knew all he would say about it is "what's wrong with it? Nothing's wrong with it. It's fun." Yeah like that was gonna fly lol

If he had started explaining his adult-child sleepovers, he more than likely would have ended up in prison.

You are right. He should have gone through with the trial because he would've gotten life in jail. Then you all wouldn't be here today bleating about his innocence and how the poor man was taken advantage of and extorted by evil people.

Jackson may have been sick, but relying on a slimy gossip site hardly proves anything. These sites are basically run by vermin with no standards of fact at all.

You don't know that. It's entirely possible the Chandlers would have been exposed as liars. If someone makes an emotionally charged accusation against someone else, do you immediately believe it without question?

You have clearly and probably deliberately missed the point once again regarding the celebrity that you worship – correct? TripleH1976 was simply making the point that MJ used the excuse of a trial that hadn't even taken place – correct? Despite your celebrity worshiping ways MJ did not have a time machine – correct? He was not able to travel forward in time and see what a circus the OJ Simpson trial had become if it had become a circus that is – correct? Also – according to Wikipedia OJ trial was in November 1994 and MJ's disturbing documentary which was initially intended to bolster his career was shown sometime in 2003 – correct? It is simply your opinion and it is somewhat a very sad opinion to think a trial of nearly 10 years ago was still fresh in the minds of people – correct?

For those who are not celebrity worshipers – we we could say the same about MJ and say it was a shame he wasn't exposed for the disturbed and perverted individual he probably was – correct? Despite celebrity worshiping individuals like yourself insisting Evan was a bad man who extorted MJ there simply is no proof of that – correct? The only thing you celebrity worshipers seem to have is that phone call where Evan doesn't even mention MJ's name – correct? And this was produced by the man who is now the talk of those FBI files where MJ may have molested up to 24 boys – correct? So it seems the man MJ hired could only produce an irrelevant phone call regarding Evan but could collect a wealth of data that MJ possibly abused boys and pay them off – correct?

But they have never been exposed as lies – correct? But it is a different story for Michael Jackson – correct? We know he lied about being the biological father of those children – correct? We know he lied about plastic surgery – correct? We know he lied about being mishandled and injured by the police – correct? We know he lied about owning pedophile recommended books of North America – correct? And we know he lied about the black spotted spots as Jordi could describe on his penis – correct? But you still insist on blaming everybody else but MJ – correct? You choose to believe a man who had history of not just lying to the general public but also to his fans – correct?

Are you really so stupid that you don't know that those files are Pellicano files which were confiscasted by the FBI?

Are you also so stupid that you don't understand that it was Evan who made the decision to puruse a civil settlement, and then later attempted another settlement on his own, trying vainly to get even more money out of MJ, that time for himself and not Jordan?

You don't need to be a 'Celebrity Worshipper' to be skeptical of the integrity of someone who makes choices like that.

But you have already been told that molestation usually happen behind closed doors where nobody can witness the crime – correct? There is no difference from the thousands or millions of accusations that have been made of child molestation against other individuals – correct? That one boy – Jordi could describe spots on MJ's penis is a lot more evidence that is presented in the usual child molestation case – correct? Also MJ was obsessed with young boys and went to superduper length to have them in his bed – correct? Do you think it's appropriate or normal for a grown man to want to have boys in his bed –? It isn't – correct? And unless you can provide some actual proof that it's common for grown men or women to do the kind of things that MJ did then we can only say he was a child predator – correct?

I have clearly stated that I know they are the belongings of the man Michael Jackson personally hired – correct? Anthony Pellicano was nicknamed the sin eater – correct? People hired him for a reason – correct? To cover up things – correct? That these were possible findings of a man that Michael Jackson control is 1 million times worse – correct? This means he was keeping his deepest and darkest secrets with in his circle of individuals – correct?

That Evan seek a compensation package for his 13 year old son before a criminal trial was not against any United States laws – correct? And I have seen the documents that Len has posted which clearly shows that Michael Jackson or Michael Jackson's team was the one who insisted that the boy's mother and father received a substantial sum of money in return for complete silence – correct? I have also seen video evidence from Jodi's uncle that they wanted to proceed with a criminal trial – correct? You are deliberately trying to blame them and not Michael Jackson the one who fully made the reported 20+ million dollar silence package – correct? He was not a victim of an insurance company – correct? And he was not a victim of bad advice – correct? He signed the check himself – correct?
