<quoted text>BTW, Goodvibrations....Tom Mesereau was paid twenty million dollars for his expert lawyer skills. It was his job to look after Wacko's best interests. That means that anything about Jordan Chandler could not be legally be used as Mesereau blocked them. Gavin Arvizo was a different victim. Thomas Sneddon had to use only the evidence in that separate case.

Of course, the LAPD still have the photographs and Jordan's drawings. Since Wacko is dead, maybe Wade Robson and James Safechuck will be allowed to use them in their civil lawsuit against the estate.
No I meant for the police to lay charges on behalf of Jordan. That can be done when an individual refuses to do it.

Not if Tom Mesereau blocked it. Jordan Chandler and Michael Jackson had a binding, legal contract in exchange for the settlement. That evidence could not be used.

Without Jordan's cooperation, convicting Michael and his powerful legal team would have proved difficult. Jordie's descriptions were so detailed and accurate, Jacko had no choice but to settle for $25 million. Had they been inaccurate, he wouldn't have had to pay a dime.

I haven't heard/seen this song/video, so why would I open a link to it? Lisa Marie moved on with her life years ago, unlike Michael Jackson's fans who cling to a tarnished past.

The Chandler incident was reported to the police and Sneddon could have turned it into a criminal case on behalf of the child Jordan if there were solid grounds for prosecution. That gets done for victims that refuse to testify in serious charges.

That's why she visits his grave whenever she can and talks about their close bond to the media.

You've proven to be such a disappointment. When James Safechuck admitted he had been sexually abused, you actually began to question Michael's behavior. Then you went even further into denial.
There was no clause for the Chandlers to drop criminal charges after the payout. They were the ones that dropped them NOT MJ's money.

That's nonsense, if their grounds had been as solid as you claim. Money and fame has never stopped celebrities from being charged and sentenced for offenses committed by them.

Tell that to the victims of OJ and Robert Blake, imbecile. You haven't a dog's clue, do you?

Maybe the laws changed since 1993.

Pedophiles can no longer make settlements to their victims to keep them from testifying. That is why Wacko had no choice to go to trial in 2005 because of Gavin Arvizo.

The photographs weren't a match otherwise they would have been brought up in court as vital evidence to the charges but weren't. Get it? Of course not. Ha ha ha
You couldn't be more wrong. I'll give you those links to the legal documents and court transcripts you hate most.

Here is what the D.A. had to say.

Here is Mesereau's response.

You got it so wrong. Have a look at this list of celebrity sex offenders that never got away with their crimes. MJ got away with nothing because he was innocent of all accusations made against him.

Photographs by themselves prove nothing. An adult Jordan Chandler refused to testify and always will because nothing ever happened to him.

Sneddon's biased opinions don't count.

Actually, Kat Williams tells it like it is about pedophile Michael Jackson and he is black.

I must say, I am impressed. No racism implied. The clown was a disgrace. lol.
