That incident at that Bevely Hills resurant had nothing to with race.It was vintage Diana Ross. The resturant's policy is to wait till the whole party is there before being seated.Ross goes over to a corner and takes a seat anyway. Her daughter was to meet her there, but all of her life she has been spoiled like a brat and wasn't used to waiting. They told her she had to get up and threw a little tantrum and she and her daughter left in a huff. When they said they don't make exceptions for anybody famous or not,she was really offended. That is typical Diane.Always has to be first all of the time. This is her problem all of the way back to The Supremes.

Miss Ross gives her fans the best. I'm glad she left that restaurant. A little courtesy was required. Bravo to Miss Ross, for knowing this was a party of two, herself and her daughter. A classy establishment treats the stars. Would Frank Sinatra have stood and waited for his guest. I'm glad Miss Ross knows her worth. Miss Ross is in her prime, '' HOT.''

I agree with Justin
I think that the restaurant has absolutely no class.
If they were not able to seat Diana Ross at that moment, they could have at least offered her somewhere to sit while she waited for her daughter to arrive.
I am very glad she left, it shows how much class and graciousness she has !!!
If they are supposed to be such a fancy restaurant, they should have handled the situation with a lot more class and courtesy than that !!

There are a few things that I would like to say about Diana Ross.
Diana Ross is one of the greatest artists ever .
She has had the privledge to perform for presidents and kings.
Diana Ross has worked very hard to get to the top and I think that she deserves every drop of fame.
She gives her very best, especially in her concerts, she has a unique and dynamic energy that few artists are able to emulate, and she is such a powerful and dynamic artist.
Diana Ross has a voice as smooth as liquid silk, and has an unbelievable stage presence.
I believe that certain individuals who have nothing nice to say about her are actually just jelous of her, as all the criticism that has been launched against her has not diminished her immense fame.
In defence of Diana Ross, I would also like to say that she was actually treated very badly by the supremes, as they were so jelous that she was chosen for solo performances instead of them.
Instead of wishing her well and being happy for her, they had nothing nice to say about her.
Diana Ross will always be one of my favourite artists. I had the privledge to see her live in concert and it was truly the most phenomenal experience.
I wish her the very best of luck for the future, if there,s one artist who deserves fame and fortune, its Diana Ross.
All my love

What happened to the saying "The customer is always right" well we know that's not always true but in the world of customer service it goes a long way to keeping your customers satisfied. It's fine to have protocols but why bash people up with them if it's not what they want and who cares anyway, wait at the table? wait at the bar? Heaven help us, l76eave the poor woman alone. Love you Diana. Sunshine Coast QLD Australia.

If this is really Mary Wilson, I know you are not talking about attitude. Not after that attitude you had over being offered 4 million dollars for the reunion tour in 2000. LOL!!! As if you would ever get that kind of offer for anything.
